Easy check-in and rental process, with a helpful and kind owner. Great price for the unbeatable central location near the mall and all the activities.

I had a perfect stay at a lovely and well-equipped apartment in an unbeatable location in Pattaya. the host was incredibly kind and helpful, even meeting me in the lobby to show me the room. They fulfilled my request for a quiet room and checked in to ensure I was happy. the apartment was tastefully decorated, had a comfortable bed, and a kitchenette with everything needed for cooking. the washing machine was a great convenience. the location was just a few minutes walk to the beach and nightlife. I would definitely book again. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 👌.

During my recent transit in Pattaya, I had the pleasure of staying at The BASE Central Pattaya by NKL. Although my stay was brief, I was impressed by two distinct features of this beachfront accommodation. its convenient location near the U-Tapao Rayong-Pattaya International Airport, only 44 km away, made it an ideal choice for a layover. the fully equipped apartments provided a luxurious and comfortable stay, with modern amenities such as a spacious bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private balcony offering stunning sea views.

While my stay at The BASE Central Pattaya by NKL was generally enjoyable, there was one minor downside that caught my attention. Despite the enticing description of city and swimming pool views, I found myself looking out at another building across from mine, which was rather disappointing.

Stunning views all around, especially from the rooms upstairs. The host gave us a warm welcome, which was a nice touch 🌟.

The pool here is lovely, and the rooms on the upper levels are kept clean.

It is situated in the heart of the city, close to restaurants, bars, shopping centers, and the Central Festival Mall. guests can enjoy a panoramic view from the upper floors, adding to the overall experience.

The constant flow of guests checking in and out may result in occasional delays when using the elevators.

I recently stayed at a lovely apartment in the center of Pattaya for a few days. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the central festival mall and 7/11. The apartment had everything I needed, including towels, shower gel, and shampoo. The host was very responsive and the accommodation was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was well cleaned. It was great value for the price and I can't wait to go back.
